3.Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
We share data only with trusted service providers that are necessary to operate the Services. These providers process data strictly on our behalf and under contractual obligations.
For this website, these include:
- Hosting and delivery infrastructure (e.g., Vercel)
- Our email providers (Resend for email delivery and Zoho for our support mailbox), which receive the messages you send to contact@johnbrowncreations.com or to support@olysecretary.com, the Oly support address
These providers may process your data as required to deliver their services but are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

No system is 100% secure. While we do our best to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you become aware of any security vulnerability or breach, please contact us immediately at contact@johnbrowncreations.com. We rely on third-party providers to operate the Services, including but not limited to:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@johnbrowncreations.com, or for an Oly account at support@olysecretary.com. We will respond within 30 days.
