No. Oly works on its own at olysecretary.com. This site is here for information when you want it.

Anyone can join. Create an account at olysecretary.com and start Beta Pro. Oly is in beta, so features may change, and feedback is welcome.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Oly connects to bank accounts and handles financial and health information, so it is not available to minors.

In Oly, open Settings, then Account, then Delete account. We cancel any active subscription, ask Plaid to revoke access to your connected banks, and delete your account and its data from our active systems. Database backups are kept for 7 days and then deleted, and we keep only what the law requires, such as billing records held by our payment processor.

Through Plaid. Oly never sees your bank password. Linking banks is included in Beta Pro, and you can remove a bank any time in Settings, then Connections.

Treat it as a helpful assistant, not a professional. Answers from AI can be wrong or incomplete, and financial data, health data and AI answers are for information only. Oly is not a financial institution, financial advisor or healthcare provider. Please check anything important before you act on it.

Not during the beta. Beta Pro is the only plan while Oly is in beta: everything in Pro, at a beta price you keep. A Free plan (calendar, tasks, manual finance and health tracking, and a daily chat limit) opens at full launch. See the pricing page for current prices.

$15 a month or $150 a year, charged through Stripe. Beta prices are lower than launch prices, and Beta Pro subscribers keep their plan and price after launch for as long as they stay subscribed without a break. The pricing page always has the current numbers.

In Oly, open Settings, then Account. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not refund the current period.

The first paid charge of any plan can be refunded within 7 days. Because AI features cost money every time they are used, a refund is available only if your use during that period was light. After 7 days, payments are not refundable except where the law requires it. To ask, use the Refund option on the Oly support page and include the email on your account.

Subscriptions renew at the end of each period until you cancel. We email you at least 30 days before a price increase applies to your subscription, so you can cancel first, and we email a reminder before a yearly subscription renews.

It opens at full launch and will need verification, such as a school email address. It is not available during the beta.

No. No ads and no data brokers. We never sell or rent your personal data and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

A small set of providers that help run Oly, only to run it: Supabase for the database, Plaid for bank connections, Stripe for payments, Google Gemini and Anthropic for AI features, and Vercel for hosting. The full list is in the Oly Privacy Policy.

No. We use paid access to our AI providers, and under their paid terms they do not train their models on the content we send. We do not use your personal data to train any AI models.

Logging health entries is optional. We do not sell health data, use it for advertising, or share it with employers, insurers or schools. Oly is not a healthcare provider and is not subject to HIPAA.

Email support@olysecretary.com from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days. You can also delete your account yourself in Settings.

No. This site has no accounts, forms, cookies, analytics or tracking scripts, and it does not store anything in your browser. Its fonts load from Google Fonts. The full details are in the Privacy Policy.
